Privacy Policy – AI MathMaster

AI MathMaster (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the AI MathMaster iOS application.

Information We Collect

AI MathMaster does not require account creation and does not collect personal contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

The app allows users to select or capture images of math problems.

In the free version of the app, images are processed locally on your device using on-device OCR to extract mathematical text. The images are not transmitted off the device.

In the Pro version of the app, images may be transmitted securely to a third-party AI service in order to extract text and generate faster math solutions. These images are used only to process the math problem and are not stored permanently by AI MathMaster.

Only the extracted math text is used to generate math solutions. Extracted text is not linked to your identity.

How We Use Information

• Images are used only to extract math problems
• Images are not permanently stored by AI MathMaster
• Images are not used for any purpose other than solving math problems
• Extracted math text is used only to generate solutions
• Extracted text is not linked to your identity

We do not use your data for marketing, behavioral tracking, or profiling.

Third-Party Services

AI MathMaster uses third-party AI services (such as OpenAI APIs) to process math input and generate explanations.

• In the free version, only extracted text is transmitted to the AI service.
• In the Pro version, images may be transmitted securely to the AI service to extract math problems and generate faster responses.

Images transmitted in Pro mode are used only for processing the math problem and are not stored permanently by AI MathMaster.

The app may display advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect limited device information for ad delivery and performance. This data is handled according to Google’s privacy policy.

The app uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase-related information such as transaction IDs and subscription status. No personal identity data is collected by AI MathMaster.

Data Storage & Sharing

• Images are not permanently stored by AI MathMaster
• Images are not sold or shared
• Extracted math text is not stored long-term
• No user profiles are created
• No personal identity data is collected
• No data is sold

Tracking

AI MathMaster does not perform user tracking for profiling or advertising purposes.

Any advertising identifiers used by third-party ad providers are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

AI MathMaster does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
